The Upjohn Regional team provides up-to-date measures of labor markets in Southwest Michigan and beyond. These metrics are key to small businesses, nonprofits, larger companies looking to relocate or expand, local and state policymakers, public involvement advocates and civic organizations. To make these metrics more accessible and compelling, our team has developed the Upjohn Regional Data Hub. The Upjohn Regional Data Hub consists of four sections that focus on different economic development indicators: State of the Region, Workforce Indicators, Business Indicators, and Equity Indicators. The data are on the county level and users can select any county in Michigan from the drop-down lists; Southwest Michigan counties are listed first. The Upjohn Regional team will continue to add additional sections of the Data Hub that build on the current concepts.
