M. Kathryn (Katy) Fink became Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer at Stryker, in January 2016.

Ms. Fink is responsible for all human resources policies, practices, planning, direction and activities, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards and HR Shared Services for Stryker Corporation.

Ms. Fink began her career with Stryker in 2013 as Vice President, Talent Management and became Vice President, Human Resources, MedSurg and Neurotechnology Group in 2015.

Prior to joining Stryker, she held a number of HR roles of increasing scope and complexity at Cintas Corporation and Ethicon Endo-Surgery, a division of Johnson & Johnson.     

Ms. Fink is on the board of directors for Bronson Healthcare Group and the board of trustees of The Gilmore.
