In a radio interview appearing on September 22, Upjohn Institute senior economist Susan Houseman and economist Marcus Dillender discuss results from a recent working paper on whether a feature of the Affordable Care Act forces some full-time workers into part-time employment. The discussion focuses on the employer mandate portion of the ACA which requires employers with 50 or more employees to offer health insurance to workers who put in more than 30 hours per week.
