On November 28, Institute vice president and director of research, Susan Houseman, will be among the notable panel of economists, policymakers, and scholars who will speak at "Restoring American Economic Dynamism: New Solutions for America's Productivity Slowdown," a symposium that explores new ideas for bringing back America's economic vitality. The symposium will be hosted by the Museum of American Finance in New York City and is presented in partnership with the CFA Institute Research Foundation and S&P Global. Houseman's talk is titled "Reversing the Decline in Manufacturing (and why automation isn’t the problem)."
