Institute president, Randall Eberts, and vice president, Kevin Hollenbeck, participated in panels at a recent conference on workforce development. Titled "Transforming U.S. Workforce Development Policies for the 21st Century," the conference was held on October 15–17 at Rutgers University and it was cosponsored by the Federal Reserve Banks of Atlanta and Kansas City and Rutgers' Heldrich Center. Eberts was on the panel titled "Building a Foundation for Transformative Change with Data and Research," while Hollenbeck was on the panel titled "Aligning Employers and Workforce Development Strategies."
