On Tuesday, September 1, Owen Zidar, assistant professor of economics at the Universtiy of Chicago Booth School of Business, visits the Institute to present the seminar "State Taxes and Spatial Misallocation." Zidar is the co-winner of the 2015 Upjohn Institute Dissertation Award.
