The Institute announces that Mr. Kim DongUk, of the Korean Ministry of Employment and Labor, joins us as a Fellow of the Korea Government Overseas Research Fellowship Program. Mr. Kim is currently head of the Pusan Dongbu District Employment and Labor Office. Pusan (or Busan) is Korean's second largest metropolitan city with 3.6 million inhabitants and Korean's largest port. He will be working closely with our EMSD/Michigan Works! staff as he learns about the U.S. workforce system during his 18 months at the Institute.
