Institute president Randall W. Eberts and vice president Kevin Hollenbeck have contributed chapters to the new book "Transforming U.S. Workforce Development Policies for the 21st Century," Carl Van Horn, Tammy Edwards, and Todd Greene, eds. The chapters were orignally presented as papers at a conference held at the John J. Heldrich Center for Workforce Development at Rutgers University in October 2014. The entire book is available as free downloads in multiple electronic formats from the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.
