David Lam, professor of economics and director of the Institute for Social Research at the University of Michigan, visits Western Michigan University on Wednesday, February 14 to deliver a lecture that is part of the 54th Werner Sichel Lecture Series. Lam's presentation is titled "Why Has Income Inequality Increased While Education Inequality Has Decreased in Many Developing Countries?"
