Western Michigan University's 54th Annual Werner Sichel Lecture Series kicks off on Wednesday, September 13 with Theresa Ghilarducci. Her presentation, "The Political Economy of Retirement Time Inequality, in the Organisation for Economic Development and Cooperation (OECD)", is the first of six in the 2017–2018 series titled Political Economy of Inequality: U.S. and Global Dimensions. The Sichel Lecture Series is cosponsored by the W.E. Upjohn Institute.
